Seth lives on the third floor, while Johnny is across the hall. Gabriel is up top, the second floor is empty, the first floor is maintenance stuff and laundry, and basement is storage space. There's a tiny backyard, but there's practically nothing there. There's a community garden across the street.

The apartment is kept relatively clean, a bit of light clutter lying around sometimes but otherwise neat. Sparsely decorated, pretty masculine interior, dark and earthy tones. Glass enclosure next to his bed houses an adorable ball python. (1 2)

There is not a lot of books, but there's definite signs that he's a bit of a music nerd, and that he likes old electronics. Kitchen holds a pretty limited amount of ingredients and food, and is way bigger than he needs, but that's okay because Daniel and Gabe are the only ones who ever cook there anywhere.
